How to worship 7 days of the week-Practical Tips

कार्य सफलता के योग ..प्रतिदिन क्या-क्या ...

सोमवार- आज के दिन सफलता प्राप्ति के लिए शिवलिंग पर कच्चा दूध चढ़ाएं। अगर यह संभव न हो तो कार्य के लिए घर से निकलने के पहिले दूध या पानी पी लें। साथ ही ऊँ श्रां श्रीं श्रौं स: सोमाय नम: मंत्र बोल कर प्रस्थान करें। सफेद रूमाल साथ रखें।

मंगलवार- आज हनुमान मंदिर जाएं। साथ ही हनुमानजी को बना हुआ पान और लाल फूल चढ़ाएं। घर से निकलने से पहले शहद का सेवन करें और ऊँ क्रां क्रीं क्रौं स: भौमाय नम: मंत्र बोल कर प्रस्थान करें। लाल वस्त्र पहनें या लाल कपड़ा साथ रखें।

बुधवार- गणेशजी को दूर्वा अर्पित करें। गणपतिजी को गुड़-धनिया का भोग लगाएं। घर से सौंफ खा कर निकलें। ब्रां ब्रीं ब्रौं स: बुधाय नम: मंत्र का जप करें। हरे रंग के वस्त्र पहनें या हरा रूमाल साथ रखें।

गुरुवार- भगवान विष्णु के मंदिर जाएं। श्रीहरि को पीले फू ल अर्पित करें। साथ ही ऊँ ग्रां ग्रीं ग्रों स: गुरुवे नम:मंत्र का जप करें। पीले रंग की कोई मिठाई खाकर घर से निकलें। पीले वस्त्र पहनें या पिला रूमाल साथ रखें।

शुक्रवार- सफलता के लिए लक्ष्मीजी को लाल फूल अर्पित करें। ऊँ द्रां द्रीं द्रौं स: शुक्राय नम: मंत्र का जप करें। घर से निकलने से पहले दही का सेवन करें। सफेद रंग की ड्रेस पहनें या सफेद रूमाल साथ रखें।

शनिवार- हनुमान मंदिर जाएं। हनुमानजी को बना हुआ पान और लाल फूल चढ़ाएं। ऊँ प्रां प्रीं प्रौं स: शनैश्चराय नम: मंत्र जप कर घर से निकलें। तिल का सेवन करें। नीले वस्त्र पहनें या नीला रूमाल साथ रखकर प्रस्थान करें।

रविवार- आज सूर्य देव को जल चढ़ाएं फिर लाल फूल चढ़ाएं। आज ऊँ ह्रां ह्रीं ह्रौ स: सूर्याय नम: मंत्र जप करें। गुड़ का सेवन करें। लाल रंग की ड्रेस पहनें या लाल रूमाल रखें।

If God is within, why go to Temple?

Some people have asked me that if Brahman/Supreme God resides within our heart why do we need to go to the Temple? Why is home worship not enough?

My reply is that the soul is a reservoir of Magnetic Energy vibrations. They receive maximum purification and most sattvik Recharging in the temple since the vastu there is the most pure. God is really present there without any interference by negativeenergies. So go to temple occasionally (if regular not possible, though its desirable), purify your electro magnetic aura and then return home and keep the micro level charging going on by mantra recitation and lighting incense in home temple at a daily level.

How To Enjoy Each Day?

1. Appreciate Beauty. Each day we come across beauty in a number of shapes and forms. It’s a shame, then, that many people have become so accustomed to this beauty that it largely goes unappreciated. I suggest looking again at the people, plants, gadgets, and buildings (to name but a few examples) around you and taking a moment to appreciate what makes them so special.
2. Connect With Nature. Nature is an amazing healer for the stresses and strains of modern life. Eating lunch in the park, attending to a vegetable garden in your backyard, or watching the sunset are just a few simple ideas for how you can enjoy the outdoors on a daily basis.
3. Laugh. E. E. Cummings once said “the most wasted of all days is one without laughter.” How very true. Never be too busy to laugh, or too serious to smile. Instead, surround yourself with fun people and don’t get caught up in your own sense of importance.
4. Have Simple Pleasures. A good cup of coffee when I first wake. Time spent playing with my 8 month old son. Cooking a nice meal in the evening. These may not seem terribly exciting, but they are some of the simple pleasures I enjoy in life. If you slow down for just a moment and take the time to appreciate these ordinary events, life becomes instantly more enjoyable.
5. Connect With People. In so many ways, it is our relationships with people that give us the most happiness in life. Perhaps, then, the best way to enjoy your work more is not to get a raise or a promotion, but rather to build rewarding relationships with your co-workers.
6. Learn. There is a strong link between learning and happiness. Given this, there is no excuse not to be stimulating your brain and learning something new each day. My favorite way to find time for learning is to make the most of the commute to and from work. Audiobooks and podcasts are great for this purpose.
7. Rethink Your Mornings and Evenings. Are the mornings a mad rush for you to get out the door? Do you switch off the TV at night and go straight to bed? I have personally experienced the profound benefits of establishing a routine in the morning and evening. For example, in the morning you may choose to wake an hour earlier and spend the time working on yourself, whether it be reading, writing or exercising. In the evening, consider spending some time just before bed reviewing your day or in meditation.
8. Celebrate Your Successes. During a normal day we are sure to have some minor successes. Perhaps you have successfully dealt with a difficult customer, made a sale, or received a nice compliment for your work. These aren’t events worth throwing a party for, but why not take a moment to celebrate your success? Share the experience with someone else, reward yourself with a nice lunch, or just give yourself a mental pat on the back.

1. The door you enter to your bedroom is considered a symbol of the possibilities your life has to offer you and should open at least ninety degrees to fully allow positive opportunities to flow to you. A door that cannot open fully will limit this support.

2. Upon entering, your bedroom, the first thing you see is something that gives you the feeling of peace and serenity. This could be a photograph, a favorite quote, a painting or sculpture, even flowers will enhance these positive, life supporting feelings.

3. Removing clutter in your bedroom creates serenity and will help you feel more efficient and function optimally. Clutter, especially under your bed, weighs you down and keeps your mind subtly connected to the past, which does not allow for forward progress. Clutter represents all that has not been completed in your life. Wherever it exists, your life force energy (prana) becomes stagnant.

Clear areas of accumulated papers, magazines, and newspapers to help you create a sense of organization and space. Begin with drawers and, as you feel inspired, focus on sections of your closet or storage areas. Remove everything from under your bed, as storing clutter here will also affect your subconscious mind.

4. Sleep with your head to the south. Positive magnetic energy comes from the north. The blood in your body contains iron, making your body magnetic with the positive polarity in your head. When you sleep with your head to the north, these two positive polarities repel each other, disrupting the flow of blood and affecting your sleep and health.

5. Having a mirror on the wall opposite the foot of your bed can disturb your sleep. You throw off stress during the time you sleep and a mirror will hold the stress and reflect it back to you when you wake up once you sit up in bed. Move the mirror or cover it at night for more restful and replenishing sleep.

6. Try not to sleep in direct alignment with sharp corners. Sharp corners act as energy spears and create stress in the nervous system. There is not serenity in a room that has sharp corners. Soften the sharp corners by keeping potted plants or earthern flower pots in front of them.

7.   If your bed is directly underneath an exposed beam or in a slanted room, it will be difficult to have peaceful rest with this energy looming above you. One remedy for “lifting” this effect energetically is to hang bells from beams or slanted ceilings.
