1. मूली के रस मेंथोडा नमक और निम्बूका रस मिलाकरनियमित रूप से पीने से मोटापा कमहो जाता है और शरीरसुडौल हो जाता है !

2. गेहूं, चावल, बाजराऔर साबुत मूंगको समान मात्रा मेंलेकर सेककरइसका दलियाबना लें !इस दलिये में अजवायन 20 ग्राम तथा सफ़ेदतिल 50 ग्रामभी मिला दें ! 50 ग्रामदलिये को 400मि.ली.पानी मेंपकाएं !स्वादानुसार सब्जियां और हल्का नमक मिला लें !नियमित रूप से एकमहीनें तक इस दलिये के सेवन से मोटापा और मधुमेह में आश्चर्यजनकलाभ होता है !

3. अश्वगंधा के एकपत्ते को हाथ सेमसलकर गोली बनाकर प्रतिदिनसुबह,दोपहर,शामको भोजन से एकघंटा पहलेया खाली पेट जल केसाथ निगल लें ! एकसप्ताह के नियमितसेवन के साथफल, सब्जियों, दूध, छाछ और जूस पर रहते हुए कईकिलो वजन कमकिया जा सकता है !

4. आहार में गेहूं केआटे और मैदा से बनेसभी व्यंजनों का सेवन एक माह तक बिलकुल बंद रखें ! इसमें रोटी भीशामिल है !अपना पेट पहले के4-6 दिन तक केवलदाल, सब्जियां औरमौसमी फल खाकरही भरें ! दालों में आपसिर्फ छिलकेवाली मूंग कि दाल, अरहर या मसूर कि दाल ही ले सकतें हैं चनें या उडदकि दाल नहीं !सब्जियों में जो इच्छा करें वही ले सकते हैं !गाजर, मूली, ककड़ी,पालक, पतागोभी, पके टमाटर औरहरी मिर्च लेकरसलाद बना लें ! सलाद पर मनचाही मात्रा में कालीमिर्च, सैंधा नमक, जीरा बुरककर औरनिम्बू निचोड़ करखाएं ! बस गेहूंकि बनी रोटी छोडकरदाल, सब्जी, सलाद और एक गिलास छाछका भोजन करते हुए घूंट घूंट करके पीते हुए पेट भरना चाहिए ! इसमें मात्रा ज्यादा भी हो जाए तो चिंता कि कोई बात नहीं ! इस प्रकार 6-7 दिन तक खाते रहें !इसके बाद गेहूंकि बनी रोटी किजगह चना और जौ के बने आटे कि रोटी खाना शुरू करें !

5 किलो देशी चना और एक किलो जौ को मिलकर साफ़ करके पिसवा लें !6-7 दिन तक इस आटे से बनी रोटी आधी मात्रा में औरआधी मात्रा मेंदाल,सब्जी,सलाद और छाछ लेना शुरू करें ! एकमहीने बाद गेहूंकि रोटी खाना शुरूकर सकते हैं लेकिनशुरुआत एक रोटी सेकरते हुए धीरे धीरेबढाते जाएँ ! भादों केमहीने में छाछका प्रयोगनहीं किया जाता हैइसलिए इस महीनें मेंछाछ का प्रयोगनां करें !!

5. एरण्ड की जड़का काढ़ा बनाकरउसको छानकर एक एक चम्मच की मात्रा में शहद के साथ दिन में तीन बार नियमितसेवन करने सेमोटापा दूरहोता है !!

6. चित्रक कि जड़का चूर्ण एक ग्रामकी मात्रा में शहद केसाथ सुबह शामनियमित रूप से सेवन करने और खानपान का परहेज करनें से भी मोटापा दूर किया जा सकता है !!

MERCURY RETROGRADE

Do not schedule a surgery (except a life-death one) under a Mercury retrograde, 7 days before and after, the ‘shadow’ period, is just as problematical and behaves like a true retrograde, should be avoided. It becomes combusted also very near to sun.

TRANSITING MARS: Retrograde

15 days before and after the actual retrograde behaves like the real one. Mars rules our red blood cells, our muscles, and our vitality and our energy reserves. When retrograde, and if surgery must occur, it will not be successful. If you do surgery during a Mars retrograde, recovery/recuperation time will be LONGER than normal and bleeding is more so you need blood transfusion.

NEW MOON OR FULL MOON?

At a FULL MOON, the blood tidal flow is at its peak, and a person who must have surgery during this time will experience far broader bruising, swelling (this means taking more pain meds), and serious possible hemorrhaging at the surgery site.

First we need your MONTH OF BIRTH . Go sequentially like January =1, February =2, March=3 , April =4, May=5, June=6, July=7, August=8, September=9, October =10 (1+0)=1, November = 11(here we do not add 1+1 since 11 is a Master Number) and December = 12 (1+2=3)

• WRITE OUT YOUR DAY NUMBER

If you were born on a single digit day (1st to 9th of any month) just write down that number. If you were born through 10th to 31st of a month , you should reduce that number to a single digit. Simply add the 2 numbers together . For example if you were born on 18th you should add 1+ 8 and the Day number will be 9.

The exception is 11 and 22 dates of a month, as these are Master Numbers in Numerology, we do not reduce a Master Number.

For 29th add 2+ 9 =11 and let it remain as 11 as we do not reduce a Master Number.

• Then add the MONTH NUMBER + DAY NUMBER

• ADD THIS TO THE TOTAL OF THE UNIVERSAL YEAR NUMBER. In case of 2015, we add 2+0+1+5= 8

If you arrive at double number reduce it to a Single Number.

EXAMPLE: For a person born on 28 August how will the year 2015 be :

2+8=10=1

किसी राशि विशेष में ही ग्रह उच्च क्यों ?

कोई ग्रह किसी राशी विशेष या नक्षत्र में ही क्यों उच्च होता है यह एक विचारणीय प्रश्न है. इसके लिए अलग अलग विद्वानों के अलग अलग मत हैं. चूंकि ज्योतिष शास्त्र वेद अंश है इसीलिए इसकी मौलिक मान्यताएं वेद सम्मत अर्थात अध्यात्मिक पक्ष को लेकर होनी चाहियें. इसी अध्यात्मिक पक्ष को लेकर द्वादश स्थान मोक्ष स्थान निर्धारित किया गया है.

सूर्य मेष राशि के दशम अंश में परमोच्च माना गया है. मेष राशी का दशम अंश अश्विनी नक्षत्र में पड़ता है. अब रोचक बात यह है की क्यों सूर्य किसी और नक्षत्र में उच्च नहीं माना गया. कारण स्पष्ट है सूर्य आत्मा है, वेदों के अनुसार सूर्य समस्त संसार की आत्मा है. अश्विनी नक्षत्र जो की केतु का नक्षत्र है और केतु को ज्योतिष शास्त्र में मोक्ष कारक माना गया है. आत्मा का परम लक्ष्य मोक्ष है, इसीलिये सूर्य मेष राशी में उच्च हो जाता है.

चन्द्र मन का कारक है. यह वृषभ राशी के तृतीय अंश पर उच्च माना गया है. वृषभ राशी का तृतीय अंश कृतिका नक्षत्र अर्थात सूर्य के नक्षत्र में होता है. मन जब आत्मा ( सूर्य ) को प्राप्त कर लेता है तो अपने गंतव्य को पा लेता है अत: यहाँ चंद्रमा उच्चता प्राप्त कर लेता है.

मंगल एक क्षत्रिय वृति वाला ग्रह है. शत्रु ग्रह की राशी मकर में अपने ही नक्षत्र धनिष्ठा में स्थित रहकर अपार सुख पाता है यह उसकी क्षत्रिय प्रवृति को संतुष्टि देता है और वो अपने लक्ष्य यानी शत्रु के घर में विजेता की तरह रहता है.
बुध अपनी ही राशी कन्या में हस्त नक्षत्र में उच्चता पा जाता है क्योंकि बुध बुद्धि का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है. अच्छी बुद्धि के लिए यह आवश्यक है की वो किसी को हानि ना पहुंचाए , उससे किसी का बुरा ना हो. ऐसा तब होता है जब बुद्धि मन और भावना के साथ संतुलन बना लेती है और ये संभव होता है चन्द्र के नक्षत्र हस्त में जो की मन और भावना का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है.

गुरु एक अध्यात्मिक और ज्ञान का पुंज ग्रह है. यह कर्क राशी के अंतर्गत पुष्य नक्षत्र में उच्च होता है. कर्क राशी का स्वामी चंद्रमा और पुष्य नक्षत्र का स्वामी शनि है. यदि ज्ञान भावनात्मक स्थिति में रहता हुआ भी एकांत और वैराग्य की स्थिति प्राप्त कर सके तो ये उसकी परम साधना होगी. अत: यहाँ ये अपनी उच्च स्थिति प्राप्त कर लेता है क्योंकि चन्द्र भावना और शनि एकांतवास और वैराग्य का प्रतिनिधि ग्रह है.

शुक्र विलास का कारक है और ज्ञान से उसे मोह नहीं. शुक्र मीन राशी जो की गुरु की राशी है के अंतर्गत रेवती नक्षत्र जो की बुध का नक्षत्र है में उच्चता प्राप्त कर लेता है. यदि यह विलास का प्रतिनिधि ज्ञान राशी मीन में बुद्ध के नक्षत्र रेवती में जो की सम्यक बुद्धि का प्रतीक है में रहता है तो अपने परम लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करता है और उच्च हो जाता है.

शनि निर्धनता और अभाव का प्रतीक है. यदि यह विलास राशी तुला जो की शुक्र की राशि है और इस राशी के अंतर्गत गुरु के नक्षत्र विशाखा में विश्राम पाता है तो उच्चता को प्राप्त होता है. यदि यह विलास के वातावरण में भी ज्ञान की स्थिति को सम्भाल लेता है तो यह अपने परम लक्ष्य को पा जाता है और इसकी यही स्थिति इसे यह सब उपलब्ध कराती है
